I'm always pleased with this location. It's unmatched. I'm an Uber driver and hit Jack in the box in different areas every night but this is like old faithful. I got the Oreo matcha shake before but here they did it right. Looks better then what is advertise. Instagram Worthy?!

We ordered the supreme sourdough breakfast combo. Two of them. The sandwich was meh… definitely lackluster. Kinda felt like it was reheated. so we decided to go to a Jack in the Box staple. One that is always delicious at every Jack in the Box ever. However, this Jack in the Box has failed at tacos. They were cold. Have you ever had a cold Jack in the Box taco? Although I love Jack-in-the-Box. I will not go back to this one.

i just left this place to come home and find out my sliders came with nothing but a patty for both. i did ask for no pickles but it looks nothing like what's advertised. so disappointing to come here and spend my money to something that isn't even close to the expectation.

I order 4 chocolate overload cakes and one cheesecake and one shake. I repeat it like 3x and they still didnt get my order right . Im missing my cheesecake overload. Very upsetting whenever you crave it.

Whoever makes the tacos for this location needs to be fired … I’ve gotten tacos on more than 6 occasions thinking I will get different results when it’s late… when I went there last night I even asked if I could pay for extra meat… I was told yes… got back to my hotel and there was no extra meat… checked my receipt and was not charged for it it still had tacos that were mostly shell and lettuce. Every time my tacos look the same… i don’t want to eat shells and lettuce… would be nice to actually have some meat inside also like I was use to getting in Saint Louis before I came to Texas. Employees were great but I’m tired of paying for shells lettuce and cheese… 11-30-22 Really this is pathetic this is what I’m paying for??? The last 5 pictures or even worse then the last time

Worse Jack In The Box experience I’ve ever had! Food was poorly packaged and when asked for reorder it tasted like dog food! Will be following up with corporate!

Incredibly long wait with a long line at 10:20pm. Ordered the chicken teriyaki bowl combo and 6pc chicken tenders with bbq sauce. Employees here are noticeably miserable. When I got my food, they didn't provide me with napkins or a fork, they also forgot the bbq sauce. Chicken teriyaki bowl came out hot and tasted pretty good... fulfilling too. Chicken tenders came out warm and with parts of fat. Tasted average. They did hook me up giving me 10 tenders instead of 6. I'm guessing this Jack In the Box is located in the hood because I saw numerous panhandlers in the lot. Parking lot is dirty.
